Imagine looking forward to visiting a high-end jewelry store, only to be left waiting outside in extreme heat. My direct feeling and conclusion from this visit was exactly this: "This is supposed to be a high end jewelry store. They kept us waiting outside in 98f weather for 15 min with no estimate of when we would go in. Why shop here?" I honestly couldn't believe the lack of consideration. This experience was so disappointing that I knew I had to leave a review and speak to customer service, hoping they could explain or, better yet, improve things.
Customer: I'm calling because I had an incredibly frustrating experience at your store yesterday. We were left waiting outside in 98-degree heat for over 15 minutes, with no one even giving us an estimate of when we might be able to enter. CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear that.
